One of the more tricky things in a game with up to 12 party members is to give the main actor the chance to have some time alone with his favorites. One of the events where you get split up to allow some time under four eyes is seen above in the screenshot. In order to explore all 5 possible ways, the group continues in small teams and you can choose who to take with you. And in a situation like this, the lava might not be the only thing to get hot...
